1. 變壓器的(de)并(bing)列操作(zuo): 

電壓(ya)比(允許相(xiang)(xiang)差±0.5%)、阻抗(kang)電壓(ya)(允許相(xiang)(xiang)差±10%)、接(jie)線組別必須相(xiang)(xiang)同的變壓(ya)器(qi)方可并(bing)列(lie)運行,若(ruo)電壓(ya)比和阻抗(kang)電壓(ya)不同,則必須經過(guo)核算,在并(bing)列(lie)運行時(shi)任一(yi)臺都(dou)不過(guo)負荷時(shi)方可并(bing)列(lie)。(容量為3:1) 

變壓器并列(lie)、解(jie)列(lie)前應檢查負荷分(fen)配情況(kuang),并將檢查語句寫入倒閘操作票中。 ;

新投運或(huo)經大修(xiu)的變壓器并列前,應先(xian)進行核(he)相(xiang),確認無誤后方可進行并列。

 2.變壓器的停送(song)電 

變壓(ya)器(qi)停、送(song)電前,應(ying)考慮中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)倒換(huan)問題,確保停送(song)電后(hou)直接接地(di)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)數目不變。對于110kV及以上(shang)直接接地(di)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian),倒換(huan)時應(ying)先合(he)(he)上(shang)另一臺變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)接地(di)開關(guan),再(zai)(zai)拉開原來(lai)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)接地(di)開關(guan);如果是35kV消弧線圈進行倒換(huan),則(ze)應(ying)拉開原已合(he)(he)上(shang)的(de)(de)變壓(ya)器(qi)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)接地(di)開關(guan),再(zai)(zai)合(he)(he)上(shang)另一臺變壓(ya)器(qi)的(de)(de)中(zhong)(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)點(dian)(dian)接地(di)開關(guan)。

 變壓(ya)(ya)器停(ting)電時,應先停(ting)低(di)壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce),再(zai)停(ting)中壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce),最后(hou)停(ting)高壓(ya)(ya)側(ce)(ce),操作時可(ke)先將(jiang)各(ge)側(ce)(ce)斷路(lu)器斷開(kai)(kai),再(zai)按由(you)低(di)到(dao)高的順(shun)序(xu)拉(la)開(kai)(kai)各(ge)側(ce)(ce)隔離開(kai)(kai)關(guan)。對于(yu)主變隔離開(kai)(kai)關(guan),應先拉(la)變壓(ya)(ya)器側(ce)(ce),后(hou)拉(la)母線側(ce)(ce),送電時順(shun)序(xu)與此相反。 

強油風冷(leng)變壓器,投(tou)運前應先投(tou)入冷(leng)卻器。

3.變壓(ya)器有載調(diao)壓(ya)分(fen)接(jie)開(kai)關操作 

并(bing)列運(yun)行(xing)的(de)變壓(ya)(ya)器,其調(diao)壓(ya)(ya)操作應輪流逐級進(jin)(jin)行(xing),一臺變壓(ya)(ya)器上不得連續進(jin)(jin)行(xing)兩個及(ji)以上的(de)分接變換。 

當主變壓器過負荷時,不得進行(xing)有(you)載調壓分接頭(tou)變換的操作。 

有載調壓(ya)分(fen)接(jie)(jie)開關運行(xing)(xing)(xing)6-12個月或切換(huan)2000-4000次后(hou),應(ying)取(qu)油樣進行(xing)(xing)(xing)試驗,運行(xing)(xing)(xing)1-2年(nian)或切換(huan)5000次后(hou),應(ying)更換(huan)有載調壓(ya)分(fen)接(jie)(jie)開關箱中的油,切換(huan)5000-10000次后(hou),應(ying)對分(fen)接(jie)(jie)開關進行(xing)(xing)(xing)吊芯檢查(cha)。

4.母(mu)線操作 

母線(xian)停送電時(shi),應做(zuo)好 電壓互感(gan)器(qi)二次切換(huan),防止電壓互感(gan)器(qi)二次側向(xiang)母線(xian)反充電。 

用母聯斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)對母線充電(dian)(dian)時,應投入母聯斷(duan)路(lu)器(qi)充電(dian)(dian)保護,充電(dian)(dian)正常時后退出充電(dian)(dian)保護。 

倒母(mu)線(xian)(xian)操作,應按規(gui)定投退和(he)轉換有(you)關線(xian)(xian)路保(bao)護(hu)(hu)及母(mu)差保(bao)護(hu)(hu),倒母(mu)線(xian)(xian)前應將(jiang)母(mu)聯斷(duan)路器(qi)設置為死開關。 

對母線充電的操(cao)作,一般(ban)情況下應帶電壓互感器直接進行充電操(cao)作。

5.隔離開關操作(zuo) 

⑴禁止用隔離(li)開(kai)關拉合帶負(fu)荷設備或帶負(fu)荷線路(lu)。 

⑵禁止用隔離開(kai)關拉開(kai)、合上(shang)空載變(bian)壓(ya)器(qi)。 

⑶允許用隔離開(kai)關(guan)進行的操作: 

a.拉開、合上無(wu)故障的(de)電壓互感(gan)器(qi)(qi)及(ji) 避雷器(qi)(qi)。 

b.在系統無故障時(shi),拉開(kai)、合上變壓器中(zhong)性(xing)點接地(di)開(kai)關(guan)。 

c.拉開(kai)、合上(shang)無(wu)阻抗的環路電流。 

d.用屋外三聯(lian)隔離開關可拉開、合(he)上電(dian)壓在10kV及以下,電(dian)流在9A以下的負(fu)荷電(dian)流;超過上述范圍時(shi),必須經(jing)計算、試驗,并經(jing)主管(guan)單位總工(gong)程(cheng)師批準。 

⑸電(dian)壓互感器停電(dian)操(cao)作時(shi),先斷開二(er)次(ci) 空氣開關(guan)(guan)(或取下二(er)次(ci)熔斷器),后拉開一次(ci)隔離開關(guan)(guan),送(song)電(dian)時(shi)操(cao)作順序與此(ci)相反,一次(ci)側未并列運(yun)行的兩組電(dian)壓互感器,禁止二(er)次(ci)側并列。

箱式變壓器的檢測方法:

一、中周變壓器的檢測:??

A、將萬用表撥至R×1擋(dang),按照中周變壓器的(de)各繞(rao)組(zu)引(yin)腳排列規律(lv),逐一檢查(cha)各繞(rao)組(zu)的(de)通斷情況,進而判斷其是否正常(chang)。

B、檢(jian)測絕緣性能:將(jiang)萬用(yong)表置于R×10k擋,做如下幾種狀態(tai)測試:??

⑴初級繞(rao)組與次(ci)級繞(rao)組之間(jian)的(de)電阻值;??

⑵初級(ji)繞(rao)組與外殼之間的(de)電阻值;??

⑶次級繞(rao)組與(yu)外殼(ke)之間的電阻值。

上述(shu)測試結果分出現三種情況:??

⑴阻值為(wei)無窮大:正常;??

⑵阻值為零:有短路性故(gu)障;??

⑶阻值(zhi)小于(yu)無窮大,但大于(yu)零(ling):有(you)漏(lou)電性(xing)故障。

二、電源變壓(ya)器的檢(jian)測:??

A、通(tong)過觀察變壓(ya)器的外(wai)貌(mao)來檢(jian)查(cha)其是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有明顯異(yi)常現象(xiang)。如線圈引線是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)斷裂(lie),脫(tuo)焊(han),絕(jue)緣材料是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有燒焦痕(hen)跡,鐵芯緊固螺桿是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有松動,硅鋼片有無銹蝕,繞(rao)組(zu)線圈是(shi)(shi)否(fou)(fou)有外(wai)露等。

B、絕緣(yuan)性測試。用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表(biao)R×10k擋分別測量鐵芯與初級(ji)(ji),初級(ji)(ji)與各次級(ji)(ji)、鐵芯與各次級(ji)(ji)、靜電(dian)屏蔽層與衩次級(ji)(ji)、次級(ji)(ji)各繞(rao)組(zu)間的電(dian)阻值,萬用(yong)(yong)表(biao)指(zhi)針均應(ying)指(zhi)在無窮(qiong)大位置不動。否則,說明變壓(ya)器絕緣(yuan)性能不良。

C、線圈通斷(duan)(duan)的(de)檢測。將(jiang)萬用表(biao)置于(yu)R×1擋,測試中,若某個繞組(zu)的(de)電阻值(zhi)為無窮大,則說明此繞組(zu)有斷(duan)(duan)路性故障。

D、判別(bie)初(chu)、次(ci)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)線圈。電源(yuan)變壓器(qi)初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)引(yin)(yin)腳和(he)次(ci)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)引(yin)(yin)腳一般都是分(fen)別(bie)從兩側引(yin)(yin)出的,并(bing)且初(chu)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)繞組(zu)多標有(you)220V字(zi)樣,次(ci)級(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)繞組(zu)則標出額定電壓值,如15V、24V、35V等(deng)。再根據(ju)這(zhe)些標記(ji)進行(xing)識別(bie)。

E、空載電(dian)流的檢測。

⑴直接測量(liang)法。將次級所有繞(rao)組全(quan)部開路(lu),把(ba)萬(wan)用表(biao)置于交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)擋(dang)(500mA,串(chuan)入初級繞(rao)組。當初級繞(rao)組的(de)插(cha)頭插(cha)入220V交(jiao)(jiao)流(liu)(liu)市電(dian)時,萬(wan)用表(biao)所指示的(de)便是(shi)空(kong)載(zai)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)值。此(ci)值不應大于變壓器滿載(zai)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)10%——20%。一般常見電(dian)子設備電(dian)源變壓器的(de)正(zheng)常空(kong)載(zai)電(dian)流(liu)(liu)應在100mA左(zuo)右。如果超出太(tai)多,則(ze)說明變壓器有短路(lu)性(xing)故障。

⑵間接測量(liang)法。在變壓器的初級(ji)繞(rao)組中串聯一個10?/5W的電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,次級(ji)仍全(quan)部(bu)空載。把萬用(yong)表撥至交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓擋。加電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou),用(yong)兩表筆測出電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R兩端的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降(jiang)U,然后(hou)用(yong)歐姆(mu)定(ding)律算出空載電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)I空,即I空=U/R。

F、空載電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)(de)檢測。將(jiang)電(dian)源變(bian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)器的(de)(de)初級(ji)接220V市電(dian),用萬用表(biao)交流電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)接依次測出各繞組(zu)的(de)(de)空載電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)值(zhi)(U21.U22.U23.U24)應符合要求值(zhi),允許(xu)誤(wu)差(cha)(cha)范(fan)圍(wei)一(yi)般(ban)為:高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)≤±10%,低壓(ya)(ya)(ya)繞組(zu)≤±5%,帶中心抽頭的(de)(de)兩(liang)組(zu)對稱繞組(zu)的(de)(de)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差(cha)(cha)應≤±2%。

G、一般小功(gong)率電源變(bian)壓器允許溫升(sheng)為40℃——50℃,如果(guo)所用絕緣材料質(zhi)量(liang)較好,允許溫升(sheng)還可提高。

H、檢(jian)測判別各繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)名(ming)(ming)端(duan)。在使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)時,有時為了得到所需的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)次級電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya),可將兩個(ge)或(huo)多個(ge)次級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)串聯(lian)(lian)起來使(shi)用(yong)(yong)。采用(yong)(yong)串聯(lian)(lian)法使(shi)用(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)時,參加串聯(lian)(lian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)各繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)同(tong)名(ming)(ming)端(duan)必(bi)須正(zheng)(zheng)確(que)連接(jie),不(bu)能(neng)搞錯。否則,變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)不(bu)能(neng)正(zheng)(zheng)常(chang)工作。I.電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路性(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合檢(jian)測判別。電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)發生短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路性(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)后(hou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主(zhu)要癥(zheng)狀是(shi)發熱嚴(yan)重和次級繞(rao)組(zu)(zu)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)失常(chang)。通常(chang),線(xian)圈內部匝間短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路點(dian)越多,短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)就越大(da),而變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)發熱就越嚴(yan)重。檢(jian)測判斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)是(shi)否有短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路性(xing)故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)簡單方(fang)法是(shi)測量空載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(測試方(fang)法前(qian)面已經(jing)介紹)。存(cun)(cun)在短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路故(gu)障(zhang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi),其空載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)值將遠大(da)于滿載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)10%。當短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路嚴(yan)重時,變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)在空載(zai)加電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)幾(ji)十秒鐘之內便會迅(xun)速發熱,用(yong)(yong)手(shou)觸(chu)摸鐵芯會有燙手(shou)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)感覺。此(ci)時不(bu)用(yong)(yong)測量空載(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)便可斷定變(bian)(bian)壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)有短(duan)(duan)(duan)(duan)路點(dian)存(cun)(cun)在。
