箱式變壓器的注意事項這四點一定要記住了,不可忽視

其(qi)電氣構成(cheng)分(fen)(fen)為(wei)兩大類:箱式(shi)變(bian)壓器一(yi)類是(shi)不含任何開關設(she)備的,箱體(ti)(ti)內僅有(you)對(dui)電纜端頭進行處理和連接(jie)的附(fu)件(jian),美式(shi)變(bian)壓器結(jie)構比(bi)較(jiao)簡單,體(ti)(ti)積較(jiao)小,功能較(jiao)單一(yi),可(ke)稱為(wei)普(pu)通(tong)分(fen)(fen)接(jie)箱;另一(yi)類是(shi)箱內不但(dan)有(you)普(pu)通(tong)分(fen)(fen)接(jie)箱的附(fu)件(jian),還含有(you)一(yi)臺(tai)或多(duo)臺(tai)開關設(she)備,其(qi)結(jie)構較(jiao)為(wei)復雜,體(ti)(ti)積較(jiao)大,連接(jie)器件(jian)多(duo),制造技(ji)術難度大,造價高(gao),可(ke)稱為(wei)高(gao)級分(fen)(fen)接(jie)箱。   1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱施工(gong)應(ying)確(que)保在(zai)距(ju)離(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)終端大于1.2m處進(jin)行(xing)分(fen)相(xiang)處理。因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱與T型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)接(jie)頭(tou)安裝(zhuang)的(de)相(xiang)間距(ju)離(li)狹小,從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱出線套(tao)管至三心電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)分(fen)相(xiang)后(hou)長(chang)度不足(zu)1.2m,干式變壓器兩個邊相(xiang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)的(de)T型接(jie)頭(tou)應(ying)力(li)錐(zhui)下(xia)部(bu)往往處于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)彎曲(qu)的(de)部(bu)分(fen),高壓配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)柜(ju)低壓配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)柜(ju)直(zhi)接(jie)影響了接(jie)頭(tou)應(ying)力(li)錐(zhui)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)本體的(de)接(jie)觸(chu),而此處正是(shi)T型電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)接(jie)頭(tou)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)(lan)(lan)裝(zhuang)配(pei)(pei)的(de)最關鍵(jian)部(bu)位(wei)。
       2、不要按傳統電(dian)(dian)纜三心分相施工方法將三相電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)半(ban)導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)和(he)銅屏蔽(bi)層(ceng)切去。因為電(dian)(dian)纜的(de)半(ban)導電(dian)(dian)層(ceng)要與(yu)T型電(dian)(dian)纜接(jie)頭的(de)半(ban)導體層(ceng)接(jie)觸,否則電(dian)(dian)纜半(ban)導體層(ceng)與(yu)T型電(dian)(dian)纜接(jie)頭應力錐之間的(de)電(dian)(dian)纜表面會(hui)產生(sheng)感應電(dian)(dian)位差。
       3、電纜(lan)(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱基礎內(nei)要安裝電纜(lan)(lan)固定(ding)(ding)支(zhi)架,電纜(lan)(lan)三心分(fen)相處(chu)以(yi)(yi)下(xia)(xia)在支(zhi)架上進行固定(ding)(ding)處(chu)理,同時應采取(qu)措施保(bao)(bao)證三叉頭(tou)在接(jie)線柱的正下(xia)(xia)方,確保(bao)(bao)不(bu)發生分(fen)接(jie)箱內(nei)電纜(lan)(lan)及(ji)附件受到下(xia)(xia)拉(la)力,這樣可(ke)以(yi)(yi)有效避(bi)免電纜(lan)(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱出線套(tao)管因(yin)受力導致漏(lou)氣現象的發生。
       4、電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)分(fen)相(xiang)(xiang)處(chu)理(li)時,將(jiang)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)分(fen)別與電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱(xiang)套管端口端子對齊,中間相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)應鋸短,保(bao)證(zheng)三(san)相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)長(chang)短合(he)適(shi)、平(ping)齊,防(fang)止因過長(chang)或過短相(xiang)(xiang)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)產生較大的推力(li)或拉(la)力(li),導(dao)致固定的T型電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)接(jie)頭與電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)或電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱(xiang)出線套管接(jie)觸不良,避免電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)分(fen)接(jie)箱(xiang)出線套管因受(shou)力(li)導(dao)致漏氣。
